Designed by beverage professional Eddie Perales, GM of Beverage at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, the Bar Sake beverage menu features a collection of innovative, sake-based cocktails that highlight all five senses, including the Jaded Midori with Midori Melon Liqueur, Tyku Cucumber Sake and lemon juice, and the Ginger Kamikaze with Tykusoju, Tyku Cucumber Sake, Domaine de Canton, lime and simple syrup.

For guests looking for a bite to eat, Bar Sake also offers a one-of-a-kind, Robata-Style menu, helmed by renowned Chef Masa Shiga. Originating from a centuries-old, country-style cooking by Northern Japanese fisherman around a communal hearth, Robata-Style cooking utilizes food on skewers that is slow-grilled over a high-heat, charcoal Robata grill. Chef Masa has created a unique dining experience highlighting a variety of meats, seafood and fresh vegetables, including Suzuki, a fresh Chilean Seabass, Nasu, a Japanese Eggplant served with Sweet Miso, Asupara Maki, a Bacon-wrapped Asparagus, Ise Ebi, half a Lobster Tail with Yuzu Butter, a mouth-watering Gyu New York Filet, served tare or with salt & pepper, and a collection of sushi, including the Spicy Tuna RollFarmers Market Roll and the signature Bar Sake Roll.
